All of our event sales are final.
LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package has been confirmed via USPS/UPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS/UPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once you file a claim with USPS/UPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time.
We will resend or refund if tracking confirms the package was lost/delayed during transit. Items will not be resent or refunded if the tracking states the package was delivered in a mailbox/porch/reception etc.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your unworn item(s) for store credit in the form of a gift card.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following items are unused and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 1. Contact our customer service team at info.turnthepagesis@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). 2. Pack the unworn items securely in the original packaging with the receipt and RAN. 3. Ship the package to Turn The Page Sis with the following address: 63 Griffen St. Stratford, CT 06615
NOTE: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
