Cancellation Policy

We respect your time and ours -- here's how we handle changes: Consultation Fees - Initial consultation fees are non- refundable, but will be credited toward your service/ package if booked within 30 days of the consultation. Rescheduling : You may reschedule once at non extra cost if done 48+ hours in advance. Changes within 48 hours may incur a fee. Cancellations : Cancel 72+ hours before for a full refund on other services (minus consultation fee & processing fees). Cancellations within 48-72 hours receive 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours. Deposits : A 50% deposit is required to secure service bookings (excluding consultations).
